Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The only personal data we process is what you send us to talk about your project.
Data controller
Ramzi BENBAHRI, sole trader (RB Trade & Advisory), operator of Republique Dev, 2 passage Roquemaurel, D404, 31300 Toulouse, France. Contact: agence@republiquedev.com.
Data we collect
- Through the contact form: your name, email address, project type, timeline and message.
- By email: the information you choose to send us.
- To limit abuse of the form: a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, stored temporarily on the server.
The website offers no user accounts and no online payment.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request and discuss your project, at your initiative (pre-contractual measures, article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your data is never sold, rented or used for marketing without your consent.
Who can access it
The Republique Dev team: our sales lead and our developer. Messages pass through our hosting provider, Hostinger (a company established in the European Union), and through our email service.
Part of the team works from Algeria, outside the European Union: your messages may be read there, solely to handle your request (article 49(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in touch, then no more than 3 years after our last contact if no project goes ahead. If a project starts, the data needed is kept for the duration of the relationship and of our legal obligations (invoicing).
Cookies
No cookies and no trackers: fonts are hosted on this website and no third-party service is loaded. That is why no banner asks for your consent.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or port it, and you can object to its processing, by writing to agence@republiquedev.com. We reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
